Using a library research approach, this study examines various literatures relevant to strategic planning and Islamic education management. The results show that strategic planning plays an important role in directing the vision, mission, and long-term goals of the institution, so as to improve operational efficiency, resource management, and the quality of educational services. However, the implementation of strategic planning in Islamic education institutions still faces challenges, especially in terms of limited resources and resistance to change. In the context of globalization, learning foreign languages, including Japanese, is one of the important aspects to improve the competence of graduates in international competition. However, the integration of pesantren values, rooted in Islamic education, into Japanese language learning has not been widely explored either in the scope of general education or in the local pesantren environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with teachers and policy makers at Madrasah Aliyah, especially at MAN 2 Jombang which is located in the Darul 'Ulum Jombang pesantren environment. Based on this initial observation study, it was found that pesantren values in the pesantren-based education complex, such as noble morals, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and others are in line with Japanese cultural principles such as hard work and mutual respect. The integration of these two aspects has the potential to create contextualized and character value-laden Japanese learning materials. This research aims to identify the extent to which dawn education contributes to the formation of mental public speaking among the students of TPA Masjid Raya Lima Kaum. Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews, it was found that routine activities in dawn education, such as memorizing the Koran, giving speeches and group discussions, gradually trained students to have the courage to speak in public. The process of internalizing Islamic values in a conducive environment also has a positive correlation with increasing students' self-confidence in expressing opinions. This method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and the data in this study were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and data analysis techniques in this study using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study here is the first, namely to improve teacher professionalism: in supervision based on Islamic values, it contributes to improving teacher professionalism by instilling Islamic moral and ethical values so that teachers have a high sense of discipline and are responsible in carrying out their duties. The research method used is qualitative evaluative with observation, interview, and document study approaches. The data was analysed through interactive analysis which includes collecting, simplifying, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that MTsN 1 Langkat succeeded in integrating formal education with religious values and local traditions through various school culture programmes such as Clean Friday, dhikr together, and Islamic holiday commemoration activities. In addition, madrasah administration and management services at MTsN 1 Langkat have been running well, indicated by the existence of clear strategic documents and consistent implementation. Participative madrasah leadership and adequate classroom management also support a conducive learning atmosphere.
