This study aims to analyze the role of strategic planning in improving the quality of management in Islamic education organizations. Using a library research approach, this study examines various literatures relevant to strategic planning and Islamic education management. The results show that strategic planning plays an important role in directing the vision, mission, and long-term goals of the institution, so as to improve operational efficiency, resource management, and the quality of educational services. However, the implementation of strategic planning in Islamic education institutions still faces challenges, especially in terms of limited resources and resistance to change. To overcome these obstacles, support from various parties and increased managerial capacity are needed so that strategic planning can be implemented more effectively and sustainably

This study aims to examine the harmony of pesantren values with the Japanese language in terms of analyzing the needs for developing learning materials at Madrasah Aliyah. In the context of globalization, learning foreign languages, including Japanese, is one of the important aspects to improve the competence of graduates in international competition. However, the integration of pesantren values, rooted in Islamic education, into Japanese language learning has not been widely explored either in the scope of general education or in the local pesantren environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with teachers and policy makers at Madrasah Aliyah, especially at MAN 2 Jombang which is located in the Darul 'Ulum Jombang pesantren environment. Based on this initial observation study, it was found that pesantren values in the pesantren-based education complex, such as noble morals, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and others are in line with Japanese cultural principles such as hard work and mutual respect. The integration of these two aspects has the potential to create contextualized and character value-laden Japanese learning materials. The findings of this study provide a foothold for the development of value-based learning modules, which not only improve linguistic language skills, but also shape learners' characters in accordance with pesantren values

The method used in this research is qualitative with a normative analytical descriptive approach adapted to library sources. Meanwhile, the research object discusses planning methods and techniques in education in general and in Islamic educational institutions in particular. As we already know, planning in an educational institution, of course, cannot deviate from the educational objectives themselves, because these objectives will later become the starting point for preparing a planning framework. This research aims to find out the role of dawn education in developing the mental public speaking of Santri TPA Masjid Raya Lima Kaum. This research aims to identify the extent to which dawn education contributes to the formation of mental public speaking among the students of TPA Masjid Raya Lima Kaum. Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews, it was found that routine activities in dawn education, such as memorizing the Koran, giving speeches and group discussions, gradually trained students to have the courage to speak in public. The process of internalizing Islamic values in a conducive environment also has a positive correlation with increasing students' self-confidence in expressing opinions. The results of this research show that dawn education is not just religious learning, but also becomes a forum for students to develop soft skills that are relevant to the demands of the times

This article aims to determine the integration of Islamic values in educational supervision in improving the quality of schools in several Islamic institutions in Jember district. This method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and the data in this study were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and data analysis techniques in this study using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study here is the first, namely to improve teacher professionalism: in supervision based on Islamic values, it contributes to improving teacher professionalism by instilling Islamic moral and ethical values so that teachers have a high sense of discipline and are responsible in carrying out their duties. Second is strengthening the character of students: in the Integration of Islamic supervision has an impact on the formation of the character of students who are more moral and oriented towards Islamic values, the third is Increasing Learning Effectiveness where Teachers who receive Islamic supervision guidance are more creative in developing interactive teaching methods, the fourth is the Challenge in Implementing Islamic Value-Based Supervision, One of the main challenges in the implementation of Islamic supervision is the low understanding of educators regarding the concept of supervision based on Islamic values and the fifth is the Strategy for Optimizing Islamic Value-Based Supervision To overcome the existing challenges, several strategies are needed to optimize supervision based on Islamic values. The success of the learning process, students' academic growth, and the standing of educational institutions are all significantly impacted by lecturers' dedication to raising the standard of instruction. The purpose of this study is to examine how lecturers use work motivation techniques to enhance the caliber of their instruction. This study's methodology is qualitative and involves a literature review or library research strategy. Data is gathered by looking through a variety of scholarly sources, including books, journals, and pertinent prior research. This study's primary goal is to determine the elements that affect lecturers' motivation for their jobs and assess how well the strategies employed to address these issues function. Based on the study's findings, lecturers' motivation for their jobs is affected by a number of internal, external, and organizational elements. Cooperatives are one form of economic organization that is important in improving the social and economic welfare of members. In the boarding school environment, cooperatives play a role in sharia-based economic development, including the application of sharia entrepreneurship principles that prioritize Islamic economic values. This article discusses the management of boarding school cooperatives as a means of theoretical and practical learning for students in developing entrepreneurial skills based on sharia. The study also highlights the cooperative implementation model at Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung as an example of real implementation. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative analysis approach. The results showed that the boarding school cooperative can increase the economic independence of students while providing benefits to the surrounding community

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Field Experience Practice (PPL) programme at MTsN 1 Langkat which focuses on developing student competence in the world of education, especially in madrasah. The research method used is qualitative evaluative with observation, interview, and document study approaches. The data was analysed through interactive analysis which includes collecting, simplifying, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that MTsN 1 Langkat succeeded in integrating formal education with religious values and local traditions through various school culture programmes such as Clean Friday, dhikr together, and Islamic holiday commemoration activities. In addition, madrasah administration and management services at MTsN 1 Langkat have been running well, indicated by the existence of clear strategic documents and consistent implementation. Participative madrasah leadership and adequate classroom management also support a conducive learning atmosphere. This programme provides valuable experience for students in understanding the challenges and opportunities in the world of education in a madrasah environment

The teacher's ability to deliver appropriate learning is one of the factors that influences the success of increasing the level of education. To ensure students understand the material being taught, teachers must have the ability or skills in KMB (teaching and learning activities). This includes identifying appropriate learning methods. The aim of this research is to: 1) Find out how teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar educate their students; 2) Knowing how the students of SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar respond to their teacher's methods; and 3) Knowing the level of students' understanding of the material studied at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Documentation, events and informants are sources of research data. Meanwhile, data collection. The results of this research are 1) The method used in teaching and learning at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar adapts to the existing curriculum, the method uses varied methods that combine methods so that the learning taught is innovative and afficient, 2) Students responses to the teachers teaching method using this method is enough to make them happy, because the material taught is easy to understand, 3) The level of students understanding can be seen from changes in attitudes, assignment scores and test scores.

This paper attempts to review the collaboration between religion and culture. Religion and culture are two distinct entities. They can complement each other. Religion and culture must align to create unity and cohesion in this nation. This paper discusses the integration that occurs between religion and culture and their collaboration to achieve unity in accordance with the third principle of Pancasila. The method of data collection in this paper is a literature study. The sources of data for this paper include books, journals, and other relevant literature. This paper presents several facts showing that religion and culture collaborate to strengthen each other. Religion aligns with culture, and vice versa; culture aligns with religion. This is evidenced by the adaptation between religion and culture in the Indonesian archipelago
