Abstract

The management of educational institutions (TPA) has a very crucial role in developing children's talents in learning the Quran, with learning that uses this achievement card can improve the quality of reading the Qur'an, TPA also plays a role in creating an environment that supports the development of local children, increases religious understanding, and can advance positive values. The method applied consists of four stages, the first is to plan the service program, the second is to realize the service program, and the third is to evaluate the service program. from this study, it can be shown that the use of achievement cards can increase children's motivation and ability to learn the Qur'an, as well as help teachers and parents in connecting the improvement of children's achievements.
