Bullying is an act that is deliberately carried out by a person or group repeatedly from time to time by someone who is weak with the aim of hurting someone either physically or psychologically. This socialization is carried out as an effort to prevent it against teenagers or parties involved in the educational realm. Bullying can be prevented by conducting supervision, socializing bullying, and giving sanctions to perpetrators so that they are deterred. While at school, students are still ignorant and still do not understand bullying and concern for each other is still quite minimal. Hopefully, this socialization activity can make students aware of being able to protect and respect each other. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the bullying socialization program in elementary schools in increasing students' awareness and knowledge of bullying. This research method uses a qualitative method with data collection carried out through questionnaires given to students before and after the implementation of the socialization program. The subjects of the study consisted of 100 students in grades 4 and 5 at elementary schools in POCOL. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant increase in students' knowledge and awareness of bullying after participating in the socialization program. This indicates that the bullying socialization program is effective in increasing students' understanding of bullying and how to deal with it.
